Because privacy by design is our primary foundation, we do NOT collect or retain:

• Document Contents: Text, images, financial reports, signatures, or legal statements contained in your uploaded PDFs.
• Personal Identity in Files: Photos, TC details, passport pictures, QR inputs, or student data processed in our advanced studio tools.
• File Metadata: File creation timestamps, author names, or original system folder paths.

To provide user login, password recovery, and token validity subscriptions, we only store basic authentication data in our secure Google Cloud-encrypted sheets:

• User Profile: Name, UserID (e.g. USR5821), and Email Address provided during registration.
• Encrypted Passwords: Used strictly to authenticate your account login and password changes.
• Subscription Validity: Your remaining token days, plan expiry date, and transaction UTR numbers for Paytm UPI payment verifications.

We use official Paytm Merchant UPI payment integration. When you purchase validity tokens (₹11, ₹21, ₹51, ₹75, ₹111):

• We do NOT collect or store your Debit/Credit card numbers, bank PINs, or net banking passwords.
• UPI payments are processed securely through the NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) and your respective UPI applications (Paytm, GPay, PhonePe, BHIM).
• The 12-digit UTR (UPI Reference Number) is only used to verify bank credit alerts and prevent duplicate payment claims.

We use minimal browser localStorage and session cookies strictly for website functionality:

• Login Session (rpm_user): Keeps you logged into your account so you don't have to re-enter credentials on every tool page.
• Language Preferences: Remembers your chosen language if you switch using the Google Translate picker.
• Daily Free Visit Counter: Tracks the 3 daily free page visits for guest users before prompting login.

To deliver high performance and global accessibility, we use trusted third-party providers:

• Cloudflare & FontAwesome CDN: For fast loading of vector icons, UI stylesheets, and WebAssembly packages.
• Google Translate API: Provides optional automated multilingual translation for non-English visitors.
• Paytm Merchant Gateway: For encrypted UPI QR generation and instant transaction status queries.

You have full control over your personal data. At any time, you may:

• Change your login password directly from your Profile modal.
• Request a complete statement of all previous recharge transactions.
• Request permanent account deletion and email removal by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
